With over 40 years at Archer Insurance, John Archer is boss of the year. Every year. He is truly a one of a kind employer. The spirit driving his perpetual involvement in the community spills into our 9-5 here at the office as well, John infuses an incredible dynamic of service into our staff.

Jackie Started at the Archer Insurance Agency in 2004. Her 15+ years have been spent largely behind the scenes at the agency. While rarely seen by our clientele, rest assured she’s a significant part of your high quality experience at Archer Insurance.

Quickly approaching two decades, Joe’s tenure at the office is one of stardom. Acting as New Business Director for nearly ten years, a large portion of the Archer clientele came in through Joe’s hands. Recently shifting towards outside production, Joe remains a core part of the agency’s senior leadership.

Circa 2020, Shaina came on to steady the ship in a quickly growing Commercial Division at the agency. With a robust resume in the key corners of commercial insurance, Shaina’s approach to the division has catalyzed tremendous growth in an era where the agency wants to share focus between personal and commercial lines.

Nicole is the daughter of one of Archer’s longest tenured producers, Richard Bertolino. In 2020, she came to work at the agency. A rightful member of the Archer family practically her whole life, Nicole has soared to incredible heights as a key member of the agency staff, for now approaching five years. A victim of her own awesome capabilities, Lou and team lean on Nicole for a board list of key duties in addition to her focus on client services.

What can we say? The art of preparing client files in arguably the most difficult environment personal lines insurance has ever seen is just that…an art. Coming on board with the agency in 2024 Melissa brought with her a treasure trove of knowledge, particularly in the sector of carrier appetite, guidelines, & general insurance underwriting. Remarkably knowledgeable in the nitty gritty of the personal lines options available for clients, Melissa’s role is paramount to the Archer Insurance Agency.

In 2022 the Archer Agency uncovered the secret of employing virtual assistants. Caroline, the agency’s first VA out of the Philippines, came onto the Archer scene with an infectious smile, looking to help in any way she could. Here, nearly 3 years later, Caroline has tuned into a polish professional with a hand in over 75% of the client files in the Archer book of business. Her dedication to her job with Archer, and willingness to grow in the agency are unsurpassed. Burning the oil through the nightshift back home in the Philippines, Caroline is locked in with us 9-6 Eastern, and we couldn’t live without her!

Lou brings nearly 25 years of experience here on Cabot, and extensive outside experience to our Agency. Lou’s ideas on client service and agency operations are both innovative and necessary in our evolving insurance industry.

In 2018 Chris landed at the Archer Agency as an outside producer, becoming Operations Director just over a year later. Since, Chris has diversified the ways in which serves the agency, each of which are critical to our day to day.

With a primary focus on commercial lines production, Josh brings extensive experience in all forms of property & casualty insurance service and management.

A licensed producer for over ten years, Matt came onto the agency roster full time in ’22. Matt’s approach to the client experience is second to none, an attribute he’s now focused on bringing to a digital Archer, ready for a quickly evolving future.

The newest member of our team, Betsy was an amazing find. Bringing decades of personal lines insurance service to Archer, Betsy has skillfully dropped right in the middle of our fast paced Cabot Street operation. Her knowledge backs a steady approach with clients, each of which get the exactly the help they need, one interaction at a time.

2023 marked the onboarding of Kim Dumlao, the second of two virtual assistants from the Philippines. There’s only one way to say it, Kim is a superstar. Newly becoming a core member of Archer’s New Business Team, and in addition to a variety of roles he plays, Kim is responsible for preparing nearly every single new policy file that comes through the agency’s doors. His acumen and work ethic are uncanny, and we’re lucky to have him as a full time member of our Agency.
